JEdner Systems is built on years spent inside recruitment. Our founder, Jordan Edner, put in his 10,000 hours as a 360 contract & permanent recruiter placing across Full Stack, Mobile, Cybersecurity and Data. Working within recruitment agencies at a 5-person start-up scale, a 50-consultant SME firm, and one of the ten largest recruitment companies in the world.

Having also built LeadChase, he learnt how to build AI systems which allowed him to connect the dots between scaling recruitment agencies’ constraints and how specialised AI can solve them when integrated properly.
