JEdner Systems

Privacy notice

Last updated 2026-10-04

This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit jedner.com, email us or book a call. It does not cover candidate data processed inside a client's build: that is covered by the client's own privacy notice and our data processing terms with them.

1. Who we are

JEdner Systems is a trading name of LeadChase Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17225822), registered office 29 Primrose Avenue, Downham Market, PE38 9GF. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC246625). For anything about this notice, email jordan@jedner.com.

2. What we collect

  • When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking form (name, email address, company, and any answers you give), collected through Microsoft Bookings.
  • When you email us: your email address, name and whatever you choose to write.
  • When you visit the site: aggregated statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, such as pages viewed, the referring site, country, browser and device type. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are counted using a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so we cannot identify you from it.
  • Server logs: our host, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) to run and secure the site.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer enquiries and arrange calls: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it: the statistics exception in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025), and our legitimate interest in improving the site. You can object at any time (section 7).
  • To run and secure the site: our legitimate interest in keeping it working and safe.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

4. Who we share it with

  • Microsoft (Bookings and email), as our processor.
  • Vercel (hosting and analytics), as our processor.

We share data with others only where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Microsoft and Vercel may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, issued by the Information Commissioner's Office, which both include in their data processing terms with us.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and booking details for 2 years after our last contact, so we can follow up on conversations that take time. If you become a client, we keep your contact details for 6 years after the work ends, because contract and tax records require it. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time. Site statistics are kept only in aggregated form.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics stores nothing on your device.

Our booking page embeds a calendar from Microsoft Bookings. It only loads if you accept cookies, because Microsoft then stores the following on your device:

  • ClientId (cookie, about 1 year): identifies your browser to Microsoft's service.
  • OIDC (cookie, about 6 months): used by Microsoft's sign-in system.
  • msal.cache.encryption (cookie, until you close your browser): protects Microsoft's sign-in data.
  • A telemetry ID and display settings (stored in your browser): used by Microsoft to run and measure its service.

These are Microsoft's, and Microsoft's privacy statement explains them. If you reject cookies, the calendar doesn't load and you can book on Microsoft's own site instead. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Turning off analytics: use the switch below. It saves one setting in your browser so that no statistics are sent from it, and turning it on again removes the setting.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. Email jordan@jedner.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top.
